Ngakmo Tsering

  • Staff

Ngakmo Tsering (Bridget Billings) is a joyful and compassionate facilitator who brings warmth and wisdom to all she does. A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in 1998, Bridget’s journey in the healing arts has been both extensive and deeply fulfilling. Furthering her expertise, Bridget pursued advanced studies in Shamanic Practices for healers and completed a three-year certification program in human development from The Center of Intentional Living in 2003.

In 2004, she expanded her skill set by earning certification in Conflict Partnership Life Skills, which has informed her practice over the past 11 years. Bridget’s healing practice is a blend of her diverse training, offering a holistic approach that touches the body, mind, and spirit. Recently, she spent two years training and working as a hospice volunteer for Hospice of DuPage, where her kind and nurturing nature provided comfort to those in their final days.

Her spiritual journey took a profound turn in 2002 when she began studying Buddhism through the Awakening to Presence program. Since 2005, Bridget has studied under Domo Geshe Rinpoche, and in 2008, she was ordained with the Dharma name Ngakmo Tsering. She serves as an advisor and program leader for the Foundations of Yogic Healing program, guiding others on their paths to spiritual growth and self-discovery.

Bridget also hosts and facilitates “Musing with Manjushri” for the White Conch Dharma Center and is a beloved facilitator in Joyful Path’s spiritual skill-building study group. Her lighthearted and caring presence makes every session she leads both uplifting and transformative.
