Tai Chi Qigong

Dr. Memet Oz, MD, one of the most listened to doctor in America today and a frequent guest of Oprah, recently said, “If you want healthy longevity, do Qigong.” Learn how to improve your health using the gentle bending & stretching exercises of Qigong.
