We offer programs to help students to first tame the mind, then train the mind, and finally transform the mind. Using a gentle approach, we teach students to apply non-judgmental techniques, and train with self-respect and respect for others. Our programs include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Stress Reduction Workshops, Yoga, Non-Violent Communication, Spiritual Meditation Programs, and Buddhist Mind Training.
